For exchanges or refunds due to manufacturing defects or wrong sizing, Lucky Qi provides free shipping for all returned items nationwide. Products eligible for a refund or exchange must meet the following conditions:

- Be returned within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase, undamaged, unscratched, and in their original condition with complete packaging.

- Items valued at 2,000,000 VND or less are eligible for a refund or an exchange of equal value within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- Items valued over 2,000,000 VND qualify for exchanges of equal value within 30 days but are not eligible for a refund.

- All original packaging, including jewelry boxes and pouches, must be included.

- Bead bracelets must be returned with the same number of beads as when purchased.

Refunds will be processed to the buyer’s provided account within 30 (thirty) days from the approval date of the refund request.
