Return Policy

At Lucky Qi, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience with our high-quality natural Jadeite gemstone jewelry and accessories. Due to the unique nature and high value of our products, Lucky Qi has established the following clear return policy:

1. General Policy

Lucky Qi does not accept returns or refunds except in the following cases:

Manufacturer's defects.
Incorrect product size.

2. Return Conditions

For eligible returns, the product must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Product condition:
- The product must be in its original condition, without scratches, breaks, or damage.
- The product must be returned with the original purchase invoice and packaging (including jewelry box and pouch).
For beaded necklaces: The number of beads must be the same as when purchased.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

Products valued at 2,000,000 VND or less:
- Eligible for a refund or exchange for a product of equal value.
Products valued over 2,000,000 VND:
- Eligible for an exchange for a product of equal value.
- Refunds are not applicable for products valued over 2,000,000 VND.

Refunds will be credited to the buyer's bank account within 30 days of the return request being approved by Lucky Qi.

4. Return Instructions

Free shipping: Lucky Qi provides free shipping nationwide for eligible returns.
Process:
1. Contact our customer care team for assistance.
2. Print the shipping label we provide and package the product as instructed.
3. Send the product to the nearest branch via the shipping company designated by Lucky Qi.

5. Important Notes

Personalized products (engraved names, special carvings) are not eligible for returns.
For products purchased in Vietnam, this return policy applies. For products purchased outside of Vietnam, please contact the Lucky Qi Customer Care team for support.
